Payment & Refund Policy

All fees for individual and organisational certifications, assessments and renewals are processed securely through Base44 Payments. Payment is taken at the point of checkout in the currency stated for the product. Access to assessment materials and dashboards is granted only after payment is confirmed.

Fees for each certification and assessment are published on the relevant pages of this site. Where a discount code is valid, the discounted amount is charged. IACAIP reserves the right to change fees for future applications; any fee change does not affect purchases already made.

All certification and assessment fees are non-refundable. Because access to examination materials, revision resources and assessment infrastructure is granted immediately upon payment, and because assessment content cannot be "unseen", we do not offer refunds once access has been provided, regardless of whether the assessment is attempted, passed, failed, or left incomplete.

This includes, without limitation: fees for individual certifications, organisational assessments, resits, renewals, and any associated products.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law. Where a refund is legally required (for example, where a service is not provided as described and cannot be remedied, or where required by UK consumer protection law), we will honour that obligation. If you are charged in error, or a duplicate payment occurs, please contact info@iacaip.org.uk with your transaction details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be rectified.

Where a product is provided on a subscription basis, cancellation of the subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged for the current billing period, except where required by law.
